To maintain the integrity of our community, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:
In our community, it is essential to treat all members with the utmost respect and courtesy in every interaction. We strictly prohibit and expect everyone to refrain from engaging in personal attacks, intimidation, public shaming, or any form of abusive language that may harm fellow community members. It is crucial to prioritize privacy and confidentiality; do not solicit or reveal sensitive personal information (doxxing). Constructive discourse is encouraged; we ask everyone to maintain a constructive atmosphere by avoiding trolling or disruptive behavior that hinders meaningful conversations and mutual understanding.
As a professional platform, it is important to maintain conversations within the bounds of professionalism.
- Zero Tolerance for Violence/Hate Speech: We strictly prohibit the sharing or promotion of content that is harassing, threatening, denigrating, or incites violence/hatred against any protected class. If you come across any abusive content or behavior that violates our policies, we strongly encourage you to report it promptly.
- Child Safety: We have a total zero-tolerance policy regarding the sharing of material depicting the exploitation of children or engaging in any related activities. Immediate permanent bans and law enforcement reporting will apply. Your cooperation in creating a safe and respectful environment is greatly appreciated.
In order to maintain transparency and trust within our community, it is important that you use your real identity and provide accurate information and credentials about yourself.
- No Misinformation: We strongly discourage and prohibit the sharing of false or misleading content, including misinformation or disinformation campaigns, as it undermines the integrity of our platform.
- Anti-Fraud & Privacy: We expect all members to avoid engaging in scams, phishing, fraud, or any activity that deceives community members or puts others at risk. We recommend not sharing your professional details or credentials publicly if it risks identity theft.
By upholding these standards, we can foster an environment of authenticity and reliability for all our community members.
Our professional community thrives on conversations that are relevant to the professional world of work. We encourage all members to actively engage in such discussions while treating fellow members with respect and civility. Refrain from sharing content that attacks, denigrates, or incites hatred or discrimination toward others.
- Explicit/Harmful Content: We strictly prohibit engaging in or promoting sexual innuendos, unwanted advances, or any form of explicit content. We kindly request that you refrain from sharing excessively gruesome, shocking, or harmful material that may disturb or offend others.
- Spam & Promotion: Spamming, repetitive messaging, and engaging in irrelevant aggressive promotional activities are not tolerated within our community.

Failure to comply with these community guidelines may result in actions taken against your account or content. The consequences for violations vary depending on the severity and may include:
- Limitation of content visibility (shadowbanning).
- Labeling of content or the complete removal of content.
- Temporary or permanent suspension and account restrictions.
- Forging credentials or illegal activities will result in reporting to relevant institutional bodies (e.g., Bar Council, ICAI) and legal authorities.
If you believe that an action taken against your account or content was in error, you may submit an appeal via our Support Center for further review. Appeals are reviewed by our moderation team to ensure fairness, transparency, and adherence to these guidelines. We value transparency and fairness in our enforcement of guidelines, and will carefully consider any appeals submitted.
