Shipping Policy
White Collar Professional, a unit of TAARAN INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "our", "us"), operates exclusively as a digital professional networking and service marketplace. We do not sell, supply, manufacture, or ship any physical goods or retail products. All services offered through our platform are delivered electronically or rendered directly by independent professionals to service recipients.
This Shipping Policy explains our position regarding shipping and delivery of products or services. Because our platform is a marketplace for professional services, the policy clarifies that:
- We do not maintain or dispatch physical inventory.
- We do not handle shipping, courier, or logistics of any kind.
- We do not charge, collect, or mandate shipping fees from users.
Delivery of Services :
Services available and booked through White Collar Professional are delivered electronically (e.g., virtual consultations, emailed document reviews, digital filings) or rendered directly at a mutually agreed physical location between the professional and the recipient (e.g., in-person legal representation, site audits).
- Any timelines, terms, and delivery methods or locations for in-person services are established and set solely between the Service Provider and the Service Recipient.
- White Collar Professional does not control or guarantee the time taken for a professional to provide and fulfill their services.
Handling of Physical Documents :
In the course of professional engagements (e.g., legal affidavits, accounting ledgers), physical documents may need to be exchanged. The logistics, costs, and security of mailing or couriering physical documents are the sole responsibility of the professional and the client. WCP is not liable for any loss, damage, interception, or delay of physical documents sent between users.
Responsibility of Professionals :
Where applicable, professionals listed on White Collar Professional are solely responsible for the manner and mode of service delivery they agree with the recipients. White Collar Professional is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage arising out of service delivery.
No Shipping Fees :
Because the platform facilitates digital introductions and digital service delivery, and since we do not ship physical goods, there are no platform-levied shipping or handling charges applicable for using WCP or receiving services from professionals listed on it.
Changes To This Policy :
White Collar Professional may modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes to this policy.
