The Court-V (Special Bench) of the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, has deferred compliance proceedings in the insolvency matter between Busybees Logistics Solutions Private Limited and Simba Logistics Private Limited. The order was passed on 2 February 2026 in RA-40/2025, arising out of IB-44/ND/2024 filed under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The matter came up for compliance pursuant to earlier directions of the Tribunal. During the hearing, counsel appearing for the applicant sought additional time to file written submissions in terms of the Tribunal’s order dated 5 January 2026. Taking note of the request, the Special Bench observed that since it was constituted for a limited purpose, the matter ought to be placed before the Regular Bench for further consideration.
