Unacademy has promoted Arooshi Singh to Head of HR amidst ongoing management changes. Singh, who has been with the company for seven years, previously served as the Director of People Experience and Culture. CEO Gaurav Munjal announced this transition via an internal message, highlighting Singh's extensive experience in various HR roles. This promotion comes as part of a series of leadership changes, including recent appointments of new financial and operational executives. The company has seen significant turnover, with notable departures over the past year, including its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Despite flat revenues of ?988 crore in FY24, Unacademy has managed to reduce its losses by 62%, indicating a strategic focus on long-term sustainability in the edtech sector
