Delhi Govt Introduces Virtual Grievance Resolution Platform for New GST Registration Applicants

The Delhi Government has launched a virtual grievance resolution platform for new GST registration applicants. This initiative, introduced by the Department of Trade and Taxes, aims to streamline the GST registration process by providing an online system for addressing grievances. Applicants can participate in virtual meetings with officials from the Central Registration Cell (CRC) via Google Meet, with daily slots available from Monday to Friday. Each applicant is allocated a 5-minute time slot to discuss their issues. This move is expected to expedite the resolution process, making it more accessible and user-friendly, and reducing the need for physical visits to government offices.
