Delhivery approves grant of 4.9 lakh ESOP shares
Delhivery’s Board of Directors approved the grant of 4.9 lakh stock options under the Delhivery Employees Stock Option Plan 2012. The options will vest in three phases: 20% after 12 months, 30% after 24 months, and the remaining 50% after 36 months. Each stock option is convertible into one fully paid-up equity share with a face value of ₹1. The grant aims to incentivize and retain employees by aligning their interests with the company’s long-term goals. Delhivery’s Q2 profit shrank sequentially, but revenue grew by 12.7% year-on-year, reaching ₹2,309 crore. The company’s shares have lost over 21% since their peak in September 2024 but showed a slight recovery in recent trading.
