Fuel Aggregator Startup Nawgati Bags $2.5 Mn To Boost Fleet Management...
Fuel management platform Nawgati has raised $2.5 million in a pre-Series A round led by climate-tech focused investors. The startup's AI-powered solution helps fleet operators optimize fuel consumption across 15 parameters including route planning, vehicle maintenance, and driver behavior. Nawgati currently partners with over 50 fuel stations and serves more than 200 commercial fleet operators across India. The fresh capital will be deployed to enhance the platform's predictive analytics capabilities and expand its network of integrated fuel stations. The company claims its technology can reduce fuel costs by 12-15% for logistics operators, a significant saving given rising diesel prices. Nawgati plans to onboard 500+ additional fuel stations and expand its client base to 1,000 fleet operators within the next year, while also exploring partnerships with oil marketing companies.
