GSTN issues Additional FAQs on GST Invoice Management System ( IMS )
The Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) has released additional FAQs on the Invoice Management System (IMS) to assist taxpayers with GSTR-2B submissions. Published on October 17, 2024, these FAQs aim to enhance clarity and usability, helping taxpayers navigate the new system effectively. The IMS allows taxpayers to accept, reject, or keep invoices pending for future processing, offering flexibility in managing invoices as per business needs. The first GSTR-2B based on actions taken in IMS will be generated for the return period of October 2024 on November 14, 2024.
