HealthKart Bags $153 Mn From ChrysCapital, Motilal Oswal Alternates
HealthKart has raised $153 million in a secondary funding round led by ChrysCapital and Motilal Oswal Alternates. Existing investors A91 Partners and Neo Group also participated. The funding round included a buyback of employee stock options worth ₹55 crore, marking HealthKart’s first liquidity event. The company, which operates brands like MuscleBlaze and HK Vitals, plans to use the funds to strengthen its power brands and expand its presence in international markets. HealthKart achieved full-year EBITDA profitability and crossed ₹1,000 crore in revenue in FY24. The investment will support HealthKart’s growth strategy and enhance its market position in the sports nutrition and health supplements sector. The buyback will benefit both current and former employees who have contributed to the company’s growth.
