The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the UDIN Amnesty Scheme 2025. This scheme allows Company Secretaries to generate, modify, or revoke their Unique Document Identification Numbers (UDINs) free of cost during the amnesty period. This initiative provides an opportunity for CS professionals to rectify any discrepancies or generate pending UDINs without incurring any charges. The scheme aims to promote better compliance and ensure the authenticity of documents certified by Company Secretaries.
