Delhi High Court ruled that mere quarrels or fights in a marriage or family are not sufficient to establish abetment of suicide. The court emphasized that for an act to be considered abetment, there must be a clear intention and active involvement in pushing the deceased towards taking their own life. Ordinary marital discord or family disputes, however unfortunate, do not automatically constitute abetment under the law.
