Nazara Arm Datawrkz Buys UK’s Growth Marketing Agency Space & Time

Nazara Technologies’ subsidiary, Datawrkz, has acquired UK-based growth marketing agency Space & Time for around INR 52.3 crore in a cash and stock deal. This acquisition aims to expand Datawrkz’s presence in Europe and North America by leveraging Space & Time’s expertise in growth marketing. Datawrkz, which was acquired by Nazara in early 2022, plans to combine its programmatic advertising capabilities with Space & Time’s marketing strategies to enhance its service offerings. This strategic move is expected to strengthen Nazara’s position in the global market and diversify its revenue streams.
