OYO has restructured its top leadership to drive its international business, promoting five executives across various verticals. Sonal Sinha has been appointed as COO of OYO’s international business, overseeing operations and revenue. Rachit Srivastava will now lead OYO Vacation Homes in Europe, replacing Ayush Mathur. Shashank Jain has been elevated to head of technology and online revenue, while Pankhuri Sakhuja will lead the German home listings business and Innov8. Ashish Bajpai will head revenue and global online travel agency operations. The changes aim to enhance agility and strategic initiatives as OYO prepares for its IPO.
