OYO is diversifying into food and beverage through two new verticals: cloud kitchens under 'OYO Kitchens' and quick-service restaurant carts. The hospitality giant plans to leverage its existing property network to set up 200 kitchens and 500 carts by 2025. This marks OYO's second attempt at F&B after previous unsuccessful ventures. The move capitalizes on India's growing food delivery market while providing additional revenue streams for OYO's hotel partners. Initial pilot programs in Delhi-NCR and Bangalore have shown promising unit economics.
