Zypp Electric initially catered to B2C needs, offering electric scooter rentals in Gurgaon and parts of Delhi. By 2019, the startup pivoted to B2B last-mile delivery, partnering with merchants and e-commerce players like Bigbasket, Flipkart, and Zomato. Operating on an asset-light model, it manages a fleet of IoT-enabled e-bikes, focusing on carbon-free deliveries. Zypp has already made 15 million deliveries, saving 33 million kg of CO2. With plans to scale to 200,000 e-bikes across 30 cities by 2025, it also collaborates with players like Gogoro for battery-swapping stations.
