Indirect taxes Services

Indirect tax beyond GST — customs, FTP and DGFT schemes, SEZ/EOU, anti-dumping, excise and legacy service tax, VAT and CST disputes, by WCP experts.

Indirect taxes outside GST still matter for many businesses. Customs duty applies to every import; central excise and State VAT continue on petroleum products, tobacco and alcohol; exporters rely on Foreign Trade Policy schemes and SEZ / EOU benefits; and disputes from the pre-GST era — service tax, excise, VAT and CST — are still being litigated.

WCP's verified Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants and advocates advise on classification, valuation and duty benefits, handle compliance, and represent businesses before customs, DGFT, DGTR, tax authorities and CESTAT.
