Traffic Challan & Accident Claim Services
Traffic challan payment, disputes and Lok Adalat settlement, and motor accident compensation claims before the MACT, handled by verified advocates.
Traffic Challan & Accident Claim covers two road-related legal needs. Traffic challans — mostly e-challans now — can be paid online, contested if wrongly issued, or settled at a Lok Adalat. Motor accident victims and their families can claim compensation from the insurer before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT).
WCP's verified advocates check challans, contest wrongful ones, and handle accident claims from the first report through to the award and recovery.
What is covered:
- Traffic challan resolution
- Challan dispute resolution support
- Motor accident compensation claims
Since 1 April 2022, accident claims must generally be filed within six months of the accident, so early action matters.
