AceVector Limited, the holding company for Snapdeal, Unicommerce and Stellaro Brands, has received SEBI approval to launch an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue and an offer-for-sale by existing shareholders. The Gurugram-based group reported approximate revenue of ₹380 crore for FY24 with an adjusted EBITDA loss of ₹16 crore; FY25 audited numbers are yet to be filed. The IPO will consolidate diverse subsidiaries into a listed entity and is significant for market participants monitoring consumer, SaaS and D2C brand convergence. Key areas of focus include governance disclosures, related-party transactions, lock-in mechanisms, share allocation, pricing and institutional investor participation. The move also signals investor confidence in AceVector’s growth potential across e-commerce, SaaS and consumer brand verticals while providing liquidity to early-stage investors.
