Amazon India Culls Cash Burn Across Domains In FY25
This article analyses how Amazon’s Indian operations (various arms including marketplace, wholesale, transport, payments) significantly reduced cash burn in FY25. The marketplace arm cut its net loss by ~89% to ~INR 374.3 crore while its revenue grew ~19% to ~INR 30,138.6 crore; wholesale business reduced loss ~35% though revenue fell; transport arm trimmed loss ~57%; Amazon Pay narrowed loss ~5%.
