Global law firm Ashurst has appointed Kalpana Unadkat and Shishir Mehta as Co-Heads of its India practice. Unadkat, renowned for her expertise in cross-border joint ventures, M&As, and corporate governance, joins from Khaitan & Co. She brings extensive experience advising global clients across various jurisdictions. \r
