Bandhan Bank's board appointed Ratan Kumar Kesh as interim MD and CEO, effective July 10, for three months or until a new MD & CEO assumes office. Kesh, currently the executive director and COO, replaces Chandra Shekhar Ghosh, who retires on July 9. Kesh's appointment awaits shareholder approval.
