Appeal Against Order
The Bombay High Court adjourned Essel Group Chairman Subhash Chandra's appeal against SEBI's order and summons related to alleged fund diversion in Zee Entertainment Enterprises to June 26. Earlier, in April, the HC had granted Chandra relief from summons. \r
The Securities Appellate Tribunal will also hear the matter on July 29.
