Justices Ajay Gadkari and Shyam Chandak upheld the denial of bail to three accused by the ATS Court, citing evidence of their involvement in a conspiracy to implement "Vision-2047," aiming to establish an Islamic state in India. \r
Allegedly, during a secret meeting after a PFI office inauguration in Malegaon, atrocities against Muslims and plans for Muslim unity to oppose the government were discussed. The prime accused, also PFI's Malegaon unit head, purportedly issued a fatwa to kill anti-Islam speakers. Prosecution claimed the conspiracy aimed to radicalize Muslim youth and impose Sharia law. \r
The Court found sufficient evidence of promoting anti-national agendas, circulating propaganda, and participating in the conspiracy, denying bail to prevent evidence tampering.
