CashFlo Acquires Logitax, Expands its Finance Automation and Compliance Suite

CashFlo, India's leading finance automation and compliance platform, has announced its acquisition of Logitax, an all-in-one GST & E-invoicing Compliance platform, for an undisclosed sum. This strategic move solidifies CashFlo's position as a frontrunner in finance automation, especially in the realm of Accounts Payables automation, Payments & Reconciliations, and Invoice Discounting. \r

The integration of Logitax's compliance suite expands CashFlo's offerings, enabling it to serve a broader spectrum of mid- and large corporate enterprises. With this acquisition, CashFlo now offers a comprehensive suite of finance automation products, including AP Automation, Payments & Reconciliation, GST filing and reconciliation, Supply Chain Financing, ERP Integrations, e-invoicing, and GST ITC maximization. \r

This consolidation is expected to benefit over 1200 enterprises and expand the SME network to over 300,000 companies, making CashFlo a prominent player in Finance Automation & Supply Chain Finance in India.
