The Delhi court has taken cognizance of the chargesheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) against Arvind Kejriwal and others from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in a money laundering case. The chargesheet alleges that funds were illegally transferred during the 2017 Punjab Assembly elections. The court scheduled the matter for further hearing and allowed the accused to appear through video conferencing due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
