Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court extended Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s judicial custody until July 12 in the Delhi liquor excise policy money laundering case and will decide on July 6 whether to allow his wife’s presence during medical consultations. Kejriwal, arrested by the CBI on June 26, has also filed a bail plea in the Delhi High Court, challenging his custody as unlawful under Section 41 CrPC.
