Delhi HC Permits RP to Convene CoC Meeting Pending NCLT Proceedings, Directs to Make Decision Subject to Tribunal Decision
The Delhi High Court has permitted a Resolution Professional (RP) to convene a Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting while NCLT proceedings are pending.
