Delhi High Court Orders Accused To Do Community Service At Gurudwara, Says Offence Of Outraging Woman's Modesty Can't Be Compromised
The Delhi High Court directed two men, accused of assaulting a woman and outraging her modesty, to perform one month of community service at Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib. Despite their settlement with the victim, the court emphasized that such offenses cannot be compromised.
