Delhi High Court Rules In Favour Of Journalist Rajat Sharma, Restrains Use Of 'Baap Ki Adalat'
The Delhi High Court granted an interim injunction in favor of senior journalist Rajat Sharma, restraining Ravindra Kumar Choudhary from using the India TV logo and "Baap Ki Adalat" trademark on social media. Justice Anish Dayal ordered the removal of Choudhary's content containing the logo and trademark from three social media platforms. \r
Sharma alleged that Choudhary, a self-proclaimed political satirist, was using deceptive marks similar to India TV's logo and the show "Aap ki Adaalat." The court found prima facie evidence supporting Sharma's claims and scheduled further hearing for October 18.
