DGFT amends Para 10.06(111) of HBP for Revising Delegation of Powers for SCOMET Authorization Approval

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has amended the Handbook of Procedures (HBP) Para 10.06.11 to revise the delegation of powers for SCOMET (Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment, and Technologies) authorization approvals.
