The RBI, by directive dated July 2, 2024, has extended restrictions on Ramgarhia Co-operative Bank Ltd. from July 8, 2024, to October 8, 2024, under Section 35A and Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. This extension does not equate to the cancellation of the bank’s license.
