The Reserve Bank of India has extended the Directions placed on Sawantwadi Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd. till September 14, 2024, from June 14, 2024. This extension follows the directive DOR.MON/D-28/12.22.283/2024-25 dated June 11, 2024, and is subject to review. All other terms and conditions of the previous Directives remain unchanged.\r
The extension does not imply the RBI's satisfaction with the bank's financial position. A copy of the directive notifying the extension is available for public perusal at the bank's premises.
