The Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Delhi Zonal Office, has attached properties worth Rs. 94.18 Crore belonging to Shree Raj Mahal Jewellers Pvt Ltd (SRMJPL) and Rs. 13.43 Crore belonging to Ginni Gold Pvt Ltd (GGPL), both beneficially owned by Ashok Goel, Pradeep Goel, and Praveen Kumar Gupta.
Investigations, based on CBI FIRs, revealed SRMJPL and GGPL diverted bank loans totaling Rs. 170 Crore for personal investments and fake sales to shell entities. The ED found nearly 100 related companies used for fund diversion. Properties worth Rs. 4.34 Crore were already attached, and luxury cars were seized during searches in 2023 and 2024.
Further investigation continues.
