ED, Delhi has conducted search operations on 3-07-2024 at various locations of Delhi, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Hyderabad in connection with Sewage Treatment Plant corruption case of Delhi Jal Board [DJB]. During the search operations, Cash amounting to Rs. 41 Lakh, various incriminating documents and digital evidences were recovered and seized.

On March 28, 2024, the ED filed a Prosecution Complaint against Jagdish Kumar Arora, Tejinder Pal Singh, Anil Kumar Agarwal, DK Mittal, and M/s NKG Infrastructure Limited in a Delhi Jal Board (DJB) case under the PMLA, 2002. The complaint, which was cognized by the Special Court on April 3, 2024, alleges bribery and forgery involving a Rs. 38 Crore contract. ED's investigation revealed inflated costs, misappropriated funds, and bribes. Both Arora and Agarwal were arrested, and assets worth Rs. 8.8 Crore were attached. Further investigation continues.
