ED, Delhi has provisionally attached various movable and immovable assets in the form of 33 land parcels situated at Jind District, Haryana and 7 flats located in Uttar Pradesh and New Delhi, valued at Rs. 5.37 Crore, belonging to Amit Kansal, Sanjay Kansal, Rekha Kansal and Preeti Kansal, under the provisions of PMLA, 2002, in the case of Deluxe Cold Storage and food Processors Limited and others.

The Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Delhi Zonal Office provisionally attached movable and immovable assets worth Rs. 5.37 Crore belonging to Amit Kansal, Sanjay Kansal, Rekha Kansal, and Preeti Kansal under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002. \r

The investigation stemmed from seven FIRs filed by the CBI related to a bank fraud of Rs. 480 Crore. The accused siphoned off funds from the bank accounts of Deluxe group companies and invested them in immovable properties. Several arrests have been made, and a Prosecution Complaint (PC) has been filed against the accused before the Special PMLA Court. \r

Further investigation is ongoing.
