Rakhi Goyal under the provisions of PMLA, 2002 before Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Ghaziabad. The Hon’ble Court has taken cognizance of the PC on 01.07.2024.

Money Laundering (PMLA)
On May 3, 2024, the ED Lucknow Zonal office filed a Prosecution Complaint against Sudhir Kumar Goyal and his wife, Smt. Rakhi Goyal, for money laundering under the PMLA, 2002, which the Ghaziabad court took cognizance of on July 1, 2024. Goyal, a notorious land mafia leader in Bulandshahar, cheated over ₹100 crore from investors through fraudulent land sales and illegal property developments. Arrested on March 5, 2024, Goyal and his wife are in judicial custody, and the ED has attached ₹27.49 crore in assets. Further investigation is ongoing.
