The Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Lucknow Zonal Office provisionally attached 05 immovable properties worth Rs. 3.06 Crore belonging to M/s Tulsiani Constructions and Developers Pvt. Ltd. under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002. \r
The properties, located in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, are registered in the company's name. The investigation stemmed from an FIR filed by the Uttar Pradesh Police against Anil Kumar Tulsiani and Mahesh Kumar Tulsiani, directors of the company, for cheating and forgery. M/s Tulsiani Constructions and Developers Pvt. Ltd. allegedly diverted loan funds from Punjab National Bank (PNB) and failed to deliver flats to buyers. \r
Additional FIRs against the company are under investigation. Further probe is ongoing.
