Pune-based Emcure Pharmaceuticals has received approval from the market regulator Sebi to launch its initial public offering (IPO), which includes a fresh issuance of equity shares amounting to Rs 800 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 13.6 million equity shares. \r
Sources close to the matter suggest that the IPO is expected to debut in the market within a month. The proceeds from the fresh issue, as outlined in the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP), will primarily be utilized for debt repayment and general corporate purposes. \r
