Enviro Infra Engineers, specializing in sewage treatment plants and sewerage systems, has filed draft papers with Sebi for an initial public offering (IPO). The IPO includes a fresh issue of 4.42 crore equity shares and an offer for sale of 52.68 lakh shares by promoters. The ₹181 crore from the fresh issue will fund working capital, debt repayment, and a new STP project in Mathura. Hem Securities is the book running lead manager for the IPO.
