Ex-Unacademy CBO's Eyewear Startup Raises $2.2M: Abhinav Agarwal, former Chief Business Officer of Unacademy, has secured $2.2 million in seed funding for his new eyewear startup. The venture, currently in stealth mode and backed by India Quotient, aims to disrupt India's optical retail market with tech-enabled solutions, selling products through its own website and offline stores. The quick funding reflects investor confidence in Agarwal's background and the potential within the eyewear sector, which competes with established players like Lenskart and ClearDekho, as well as traditional brands like Titan.
