Finance Ministry Notifies 0.1% Concessional Guarantee Fee for NaBFID

The Finance Ministry has notified a concessional guarantee fee of 0.1% for the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID). This reduced fee will apply to government guarantees for borrowings from multilateral institutions, sovereign wealth funds, and other foreign institutions. This measure is intended to support NaBFID in its objective of financing India's ambitious infrastructure projects by making it more cost-effective for the institution to raise long-term capital from international markets.
