Indiabulls Housing Finance rebranded and renamed as ‘Sammaan Capital Limited’

Indiabulls Housing Finance has officially rebranded as ‘Sammaan Capital Limited’ after receiving the necessary approvals. Announced initially in May 2023 and January 2024, the company will soon update its name across all platforms and undertake customer outreach campaigns. Celebrating its 25th year, the firm, initially promoter-led, is now a professionally managed institution. Following the departure of its original promoter in 2020, SS Mundra, former RBI Deputy Governor, became Chairman. The company will focus on retail, particularly affordable home loans and mortgage-backed loans, aiming for AUM growth through an asset-light model and co-lending partnerships.
