The Indian Premier League (IPL) reached a valuation of $16.4 billion after its 17th season, up 6.5% from $15.4 billion last year, per a report by Houlihan Lokey. The brand value rose 6.3% to $3.4 billion. \r
Among franchises, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) leads with a brand value of $231 million, followed by Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at $227 million. Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are third with $216 million, benefiting from Shah Rukh Khan's star power. \r
Mumbai Indians (MI) are fourth at $204 million. Rajasthan Royals (RR) is fifth at $133 million, followed closely by Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at $132 million and Delhi Capitals (DC) at $131 million. Gujarat Titans (GT), Punjab Kings (PK), and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) follow.
