The Karnataka High Court has recalled its earlier order that had quashed criminal proceedings against Inayathulla N, who was accused of watching child pornography. On July 10, Justice M. Nagaprasanna had ruled that merely viewing such material did not constitute an offence under the Information Technology (IT) Act.
