The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued General Circular No. 04/2024, addressing the filing of Forms BEN-2 and MGT-6 amid the migration to the MCA 21 V3 portal from July 4 to July 14, 2024. During this period, these forms will be unavailable on the older V2 portal. To accommodate this transition, the MCA is granting an additional 15 days for filing these forms without any additional fees if the due dates fall within the migration period.
