The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the deadline for filing Web-form PAS-7 until August 5, 2024, without additional fees. This form, mandated by the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Second Amendment Rules, 2023, is used by public companies to disclose details of share warrants issued before the Companies Act, 2013. The form can now be submitted via the MCA-21 portal.
