The appeal was admitted on the substantial question of law regarding the Tribunal's reliance on the investigation report without adherence to Rule 29 of the ITAT Rules, 1963. Justices Dharam Adhikari and Gajendra Singh ruled to issue notice to the respondent, with a condition of payment of process fees within seven working days through RAD mode, returnable within four weeks.
