Karnataka warns MSMEs against Chinese dependence - The Karnataka government has urged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to reduce their dependence on China for machinery and maintenance. Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar, who also holds the Industries portfolio, emphasized the need for self-reliance ("Atmanirbhar Bharat") in his address to the state's industrial sector.
