Narayana Health Insurance launches its first insurance product 'Aditi

Narayana Health Insurance Ltd. (NHIL), a new venture by Bengaluru-based hospital chain Narayana Health, has launched its first insurance product, ‘Aditi’, offering Rs 1 crore coverage for surgeries and Rs 5 lakh for medical management at Narayana Health hospitals. Priced at an annual premium of Rs 10,000, Aditi aims to make comprehensive healthcare accessible and affordable for the masses. Initially available in Mysuru and Bengaluru, the plan will expand to Kolkata and Delhi. The coverage includes surgeries for heart, kidney, and lung transplants, and extends to up to 2 adults and 4 children. Narayana Health’s consolidated revenues for FY 2023-24 were Rs 5,018.3 crore, with a profit after tax of Rs 789.6 crore.
