National Fertilizers Ltd (NFL) received a ₹94.84 crore GST demand notice for an undue refund of accumulated Input Tax Credit (ITC). The order, for the period April 2018 to December 2020, alleges wrongful ITC claims due to an inverted tax structure. NFL stated there is no material impact on its financial and operational activities and plans to appeal the order.
